Refund policy

NO RETURNS, NO REFUNDS

Thank you for shopping with us at Boyd Branding, LLC. Prior to making a purchase, we ask that you please read and understand this "No Returns No Refunds Policy" in full and let us know if you have any questions.

 

No Cancellations

We do not accept order cancellations. Once you place an order, cancellations and/or changes cannot be made.

No Returns or Refunds

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. 

Damaged or Defective Items

Please immediately inspect your product upon delivery in the event you receive a damaged or defective product, please take a picture of the item and contact us within 5 days of your items being delivered to request a replacement product. 

You can initiate a replacement request by emailing us at boydbrandingllc@gmail.com. Please include a description of the damage and the photo of the item. We will notify you if your replacement request is approved. If your request is approved, then we will ship you a replacement item (which must be the same as the item you originally puchased) and will ship the new item within 10 days. 

Please note that replacement requests for damaged or defective items will not be honored for any reason after 5 days of delivery .
